Are your soaps cruelty-free?
Absolutely! None of our products are tested on animals. We are committed to creating ethical, eco-friendly products that are cruelty-free. We also use sustainable packaging wherever possible.
What’s the shelf life of your handmade soap?
Our handmade soaps have a shelf life of about 12 to 18 months, as long as they’re stored properly. To ensure longevity, keep your soap dry between uses and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. A soap dish with good drainage will help it last longer.
Are your soaps environmentally friendly?
Yes, we care deeply about the planet, and our soaps are made with sustainable ingredients. We use biodegradable packaging and avoid harmful chemicals. Our products are eco-friendly and cruelty-free, so you can feel good about supporting a brand that’s kind to the Earth.
Can I return or exchange a product?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your soap, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll do our best to offer an exchange or store credit. Please note that due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.
Why do bars sometimes look slightly different (colour, size, shape)?
Because each bar is handmade in small batches, natural variations occur in size, texture and colour — this is part of the charm and authenticity of handcrafted goods. We believe these little differences speak to the care and human touch in every bar.
